Today is a happy day as the March issue of the Art With No Boundaries Ezine (Online Magazine) is finally on line. It was a bit late due to illness but it's up now and full of all kinds of wonderful projects and tutorials. The theme for the March issue is all about books and I am showing off alot of my own handmade ones as well as some of my wire and bejeweled bookmarks.
The Handmade Fan fold book in this post is being featured in the current issue of the Ezine and the main focal point on the front cover is my Sassy Clara Bow digital stamp design. Clara has been colored with Prismacolor pencils and blended with odorless turpentine using paper stumps. The pink pages inside the book are actually made from one long continuous strip which has been folded and glued to give the impression of individual pages.
For additional photos and more information about this book, and other cool projects, visit the Art With No Boundaries Ezine
The magazine is free to read, and created as a resource for paper crafter, Collage, Assemblage and Mixed Media Artists, and you can also find past issues of the magazine through the current table of contents. In February the main feature was an in depth tutorial on chalk marbling and in January the main tutorial was backgrounds from oil pastels and wire embellishments. There is lots of great content in all the issues so be sure to check them out and just to give you a bit of an idea of what kind of things you will find in the magazine, I have added a mini version of the March issue directly below.
I love finding new inspiration on the web and playing in challenges and
