Meet my new Design Team !!!

Today is the big day and I'm so excited to introduce you to my New Design Team, as well as my Featured Guest Artist for February. The term that would best describe each of them is Gifted Artist. All of them are multi talented, with their own unique styles, and new members who are not familiar with their work should be prepared to be wowed by their creations. I know you will love everything they do so stop by often and check out their work.

Design Team Members
JenLee / Jenneke Leeflang

Honorary Designer
Aletha Jane Williams

It feels like party time to me so in honor of these ladies
I have created a new design.

This is Blossom, she is a little flower bug who loves to sing in the moonlight and dance in the rain. She is a real forest creature who likes to sit in trees, gather posies and wind flower sprays for her hair. She is always at home with nature and spends all of her time among other forest creatures.

Congratulations Ladies I look forward to working with you.

All You Need Is Love Art Tag

Thought I'd share my latest Art Tag. All ready for Valentines Day

The center heart is one of my new digital designs which
I offered as a freebies on the CADC community Heart Hop.
The white heart in the background is one of the designs included in my Spirelli Ready to Print Kit.
I have used the hand pricking technique around the outer edges.

Best Friends Montage

I've been so busy getting ready to announce my new Design Team at the end of the month that I have totally neglected my Doodle Pieces blog a bit. I hope posting my latest card for you all to look at will help make some amends. :) The main focal point of this card is entitled Best Friends Montage and is from my Montage digital stamp series.

Asian Geisha Box

This beautiful Asian Box was created by  Sharon Rogers. She used one of my new Asian Geisha Digital Stamps and I think she did a fabulous job. When I saw it on her site, I was so WOWed that I just had to ask her if I could display on Doodle Pieces. I am very pleased that she gave her permission. If you would like to see more of Sharon's wonderful art, please visit her blog at:

Cest si Bon and Simply Asian

"C'est si Bon!" on the left was made with one of the designs from my Expressive Hearts Digital Stamp Series.  Although it was made for Valentine's Day, it's feminine charm makes it nice to use at any time.  I have never been a real pink person and prefer deeper rich colors, but after I made this one, I just couldn't stop looking at it and it's my current new favorite. The beads are made of wall paper and the first layer of the art tag is made from a recycled greeting card. I believe in using anything and everything in my art.

The Asian tag on the right entitled "Simply Asian" is just that, simple yet elegant. More paper beads on this one, and the blue background with the bamboo print is one of my digital designs as well.

Forever and Mirrors of the Soul

Both the Art Tag "Forever" and Artist Trading Card "Mirrors of the Soul" were made with elements from my Art Expressions. This series was inspired by vintage postcards and the stars of Victorian Opera.

Eye Candy

I finally had a break away from designing digital stamps today and upload some of the art I having making especially for the launching of my new blog Doodle Pieces. All the art below is made with elements from my CS Designs Digital Stamp Collections.

This is my first bit of Eye Candy on this blog and I hope you like what you see and come back to visit often. Let me know what you think.

Ok, I know my Mysterious Art Tag is probably a bit weird for some of you, but I can't help myself. I've always been one of those quirky artists that thinks outside the box and although my oils are photo realistic, and very traditional, occasionally my wild side comes out in my other art. I bet you won't find anything quite like this one anywhere else on the web. The main design was colored with Prismacolor pencils and blended with odorless turpentine.  The small colorful beads are made out of strips of my handmade
 paste paper.

My "Would I be Happy" Art Tag was made with one of my Arty Montage designs. The main focal point is named Charisma. I originally created the round as part of a French Chic Ooh La La Collection but after using it as part of a miniature trading card,  I had to share the whole trading card as a montage design

I'm so excited about my new blog "Doodle Pieces" which is a companion to my Digital Stamp site CS Designs. I wanted to give you something special for my first post so though I'd share the breathtaking view I get to look at every day. We are on a plateau and the lake is 12 miles long. We get the most amazing sunsets and at times it seems as close to heaven as you can get on earth. Now that is inspiration!
